Looking for an friendly, out-going, individual that will work with our current clients, or new ones, to generate new ideas and products. This person will work with those companies start to finish throughout the building and implementation process. They are the direct connection for the customer in every step of the way.
1. Position Purpose
The Sales Engineer facilitates the process of engineering customer needs into product Sales Orders through feasibility analyses, design engineering, project management, and customer service.

3. Outside Plant Contact/Customer Contact
Frequent contact with customer representatives, suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants and providers of outside services as a representative of the company. Infrequent contact auditors. Employees are always expected to represent HyTech in a courteous and professional manner.
4. Inside Plant Contact
Daily contact with all levels of HyTech management. Contact with internal audit staff as required. Frequent contact with all HyTech team members including Production, Quality Control, Production Support, Administrative, and Office Staff.
5. Position Resources
Utilizes team members, tools and company resources for problem solving and support as needed. Seeks other teammates assistance up to and including executive management to insure individual, departmental and company goals are met. Works up the chain of command as necessary to obtain support and resources to problem solve and achieve department goals when department resources are unavailable or issues arise that cannot be solved internally. Contacts and utilizes outside services to support the plant for contracted engineering, finishes, outsourced production and other outside services as needed.
